How long do orders take to ship?

How long do pre-orders take to ship?
Pre-orders typically ship within 3 to 4 weeks after the order is placed. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes. We provide shipping insurance to protect your package against loss, theft, or any issues that may occur during transit.
Please note that if you choose to complete your purchase without insurance, we cannot be held liable for any lost items. Our orders require a signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery.
Shipping insurance is non-refundable, even in the event that your package is lost or stolen. This fee covers the risk and cost of coverage from the moment the package leaves our facility and cannot be returned once your order has shipped.
Issues relating to deliveries after your package has been marked as delivered and signed — even if you purchased shipping insurance — are not covered under our Shipping Insurance policy. In such cases, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim with them.

What is Signature Requirement?

International shipping duties and fees?

Customs fees are beyond our control and are not included in the shipping charges, as these fees are determined by the destination country. All charges related to customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for handling charges or customs fees. If you choose not to accept an item, you may inform the carrier of your decision, and they will return the item to the sender
