All sales are final. *Better With Age does not accept returns or exchanges unless one of the following conditions is met:

1. Item arrived damaged upon receipt of shipment.
2. Wrong item or size was received.

Customers have 30 days from the date of package receipt to initiate a claim. Claims must be submitted to fuck@betterwithage.co with your order number and supporting documentation. All claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and resolution is not guaranteed.

Product must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached.

To ensure secure delivery, all orders require a signature upon receipt. Packages will not be delivered without a signature. If you encounter any issues and/or did not sign for the delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to reschedule or arrange pickup, as we are not liable for any issues in such cases.

If you choose to change your delivery to "No Signature Required" after your purchase, please be aware that we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. To confirm this, we will contact the carrier to verify the delivery, and as a result, your shipping insurance will be suspended. This policy is in place to protect both you and us from potential issues, such as scams, while ensuring that your order is covered under our refund policy.

We provide shipping insurance to protect your package against loss or theft during transit. 

Please note that if you choose to complete your purchase without insurance, we cannot be held liable for any lost items. 

Shipping insurance is non-refundable, even in the event that your package is lost or stolen. This fee covers the risk and cost of coverage from the moment the package leaves our facility and cannot be returned once your order has shipped.

We ship from the United States. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country. 

These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
